It helps to ground oneself to create more stability and safety in ones life.

The Root Chakra is the foundation of the chakra system. Located at the base of the Spine. When Balanced one feels a strong since of safety, security, courage and survival instincts. When Imbalanced one feels uncertain, in danger, childhood neglect, abuse, lower body trauma, disconnected to nature and the world.
